RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION

The management of “Popov Tours” OOD hereby assumes the obligation in concern with the provision of the online reservation services requested and paid for by the customer, to the full extent and in a qualitative manner following the data entered in the reservation form by the customer as listed below: customer’s name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per one night.

All the requests of the customer, recorded in the field “Notes” of the reservation form, will be satisfied at the earliest opportunity.

Only persons who have not reached the age specified accordingly, on the date of their arrival, are accepted for purposes of children’s accommodation.

PRICE POLICY AND PAYMENT TERMS

The prices are published on the website of “Popov Tours” OOD in BGN, including VAT, tourist tax, and insurance. The total amount due from the customer is calculated automatically, based on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the period in concern.

During online reservation, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the total reservation amount as a caution deposit, payable at the time of booking, by debit/credit card, or by bank transfer at the latest within the period specified after the reservation.

“Popov Tours” OOD retains the right to introduce changes in prices and special offers published on the company’s website subject to the demand and currently available accommodation. For already registered, confirmed, and paid reservations, the amount due is not subject to changes, regardless of the new price offers presented by the company.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS MADE

In case of cancellation, failure to use, or changes in the already paid online reservation,  „”Popov Tours” OOD will refund the amount paid upon the customer’s request while charging the penalty as follows:

Changes to a reservation without penalty are made up to 7 days before the date of check-in.

Cancellation without penalty is made up to 7 days before the date of check-in.

In case of change or cancellation after this period, a forfeit penalty is payable for 2 nights according to the chosen board and lodging.

In the case is an amount, paid by the customer, is subject to refund, all the expenses related to the transfer (bank fees and other payments ) are borne by the customer. Refunds in case of cancellation are made within 30 days subject to the method of payment, and for this purpose, the amounts are refunded only to the bank account from which they were received. Your card data will only be used by the intermediary bank and will not be recorded and stored by us.

PAYMENT METHODS

Settlement can be made in 3 different ways:

  1. Online with a debit or credit card

We accept payments by Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro cards. When choosing this payment method, you will be redirected to the payment page of our servicing bank (…….), where you can enter your card details. If you are registered with the authentication systems Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, you will be redirected to the а authentication page of your issuing bank, where you enter the password required. When a transaction is completed successfully, a bill of the transaction is displayed on the screen, which then you have to print or save.

Your card details will only be used by the intermediary bank and will not be recorded and stored by us.

To protect your funds from abuse when making the transfer with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply the best practices recommended by international organizations for bank cards:

Security when entering and transferring your card data is maintained by using the SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the settlement page of our servicing bank.

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).

Additionally, to identify you as a cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our servicing bank also supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are an authorized user of such schemes.

At the time of your online booking, all the abovementioned payable amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card when your payment is processed.

For security reasons, the maximum amount established for payment by card is BGN 3,000.

  1. By bank transfer

The specified amount is payable within the period indicated after your reservation. After making the payment, it is strongly recommended to send a copy of the payment confirmation to info@hotelpetarpavel.com  having entered the reservation number in the field “reason for payment”.

  1. In cash, at the reception desk of “Popov Tours” OOD
  2. For reservations with a check-in within the next 3 days, we recommend you to choose payment in cash at the reception desk in order to speed up the processing of your reservation.

IMPORTANT!

If the online reservation remains unpaid within the specified period and a copy of the payment confirmation (if you pay by bank transfer) is not received on the e-mail, your reservation will be automatically canceled and deleted from the system.

In the event that you have encountered any obstacle to making payment for an online reservation that you have already made, please notify us by e-mail: info@hotelpetarpavel.com  In case of non-compliance with this provision, Popov Tours LLC has the right to claim liability and seek compensation for the registered and unpaid reservations.

REFUNDS

In case if the customer cancels the reservation in compliance with the above conditions, we will refund the amount via the same payment method that was used when making the reservation.

A refund of an amount paid by bank card or bank transfer can only be made to the same bank card or bank account, which has been used when transferring the payment. All the bank expenses for this transaction are borne by the customer.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

“Popov Tours” LLC  assumes the obligation to provide the customer with the full scope of services, which are requested and paid for.

Popov Tours OOD shall not change the price of the requested services, aside from exceptional cases when this is financially grounded.

Popov Tours LLC is not liable for the damages caused by the actions of third parties.

Sums for services requested but not used in whole or in part due to the customer’s fault are not refunded.

The customer assumes the responsibility related to compliance with the generally accepted norms of proper behavior during his stay at the hotel. All expenses for financial or physical damage caused by the customer to the hotel, are payable at the customer’s cost.

Popov Tours OOD reserves the right to change the information published on this page, as well as the company’s terms and conditions at any time. Although the company does its utmost to provide true and accurate information, this cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

When a customer makes a reservation, he is considered to have read and agree to these general terms and conditions. Reservations accepted by phone, e-mail, or through our website are considered to be an emerging contractual relationship. The payment made is considered acceptance of the general terms and conditions for staying at the hotel.

All disputes and legal issues, that are not regulated by these general terms and conditions and the confidentiality rules and the ones, that arise in concern with the use of the site www.hotelpetarpavel.com, are subject to the mandatory provisions of the enforceable law of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Conditions for prepayment and cancellation

The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge in the time period of less than 7 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged 50% of the total amount if cancellation was performed within 7 days prior to his arrival.

The guest will be charged 50% of the total payable amount after booking.

Payment is effected by bank transfer.

In case if the amount due from the guest, remains unreceived, the hotel has the right to cancel his reservation without any previous notification.
Cancellation and making changes in a reservation:
– 7 or more days before arrival date: in case of cancellation within this period, the full amount is returned to the customer.
– from 6 – 1 days before the date of arrival: in case of cancellation of all or part of the reservation during this period, an amount of a 2-night stay calculated on the basis of the chosen accommodation and lodging, is retained from each tourist for the cancellation. The remaining amount is subject to refund.

In case if a reservation is confirmed, but the tourists have not arrived, a forfeit penalty is paid in the amount of 4 (four) nights stay for the reserved, but unoccupied rooms.

In case of pre-time departure of the tourists, the hotelier does not return the value of the services that remain unused, except in case of illness or death.
